The short version of what you agree to when you send a build my way.
These terms apply when you use anything atharveeee offers - most of all, submitting a project for review.
1. Submission Process
By submitting a project, you agree that:
- You are the rightful owner or have permission to submit it
- All provided information is accurate and truthful
- I may contact you to discuss the build
2. No Obligation
Submitting your project does not obligate you to proceed, and I am not required to take on the build.
3. Copyright & Usage
You retain ownership of your uploaded materials. By submitting, you grant me permission to view and temporarily store your content for evaluation purposes only.
4. Proposal & Build
If we agree to proceed with a project, a separate agreement will be made outlining the timeline and deliverables.
5. Liability
atharveeee is not responsible for loss or damage of any digital files you submit. Always keep a copy for yourself.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
